Features of Diodes

We have wide variety of diodes such as alternator diodes (super low loss type) that self-powered synchronous rectifying device is molded in conventional package, surge suppressor diode for automotive with various packages, and environmental friendly Lead (Pb)-free High Voltage axial diode. They are used mainly for in-house products.
